Faults and returns

Your puzzle is made from your own image, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items. If it arrives damaged or faulty we send a new one free of charge – contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

Payment

Card payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when your device supports them. All prices include VAT.
